The purpose of this Advisory is to inform you that Harris Investment Management, Inc. (“Harris”) has made a business decision to discontinue its participation in the Interest Earning Facility (“IEF1”) Program effective Monday, January 31, 2005. As a result of this decision, if you have any funds on deposit in the IEF1 Program through Harris those funds must be liquidated by close of business on Thursday, January 27, 2005.
